In my case, creating bootable rescue media, booting from it and cloning within it, helped. Error 0 is probably due to Windows is not "releasing" C: partition under normal operation.

Yeah this didn't fix it for me, I have a problem where I have to plug out the cord from the pc and then plug it back in again to make the mic work again but even then after a few minutes the mic stops working again and I'll have to again unplug and then plug it back in again into the pc

Hi there wonder if you can help. Followed all your steps no joy still cant see mycloud on network? Is there anything else you can suggest. I have removed, reset both plex and my cloud, reset router, checked cables, stopped defender. My mate used his laptop with my passwords into mycloud and plex and could see it on his network I'm very very frustrated can you please help, the only way I can get plex server to work is have all my movies on my laptop
